KFC - Spoiled/decomposed food

I went to caltonville drive thru and ordered the all in one at 19h33 and was assisted by a lady called Elizabeth. With my family, the order had 6 pieces of chicken and 2 regular chips/fries and 2 mash with gravy and a cawslow for dinner. When i got home 10min to fiest there was an unpleasant smell as i unpack the order.
The smell came from a complete decomposed cawslow salad which my 9year old niece had already consumed as it was just "prepared" how can the trusted brand like kfc be so careless of our health i am not happy at all. I have stored this disgusting salad to return back to the diner in the morning.
