KFC - Rude staff at the kfc montecasino ( nombulelo)

After the Lallah Hatheway show my wife and i decided to get a quick bite before we proceeded home, we placed our order and paid then waited almost an hour just to get two street wise 2 meals now bear in mind the people who came after us got their meals and left, When we questioned the young lady at the till by the name of (Nombulelo) as to why is there a delay she was extremely rude and stated that why did we order here we could have gone to any other shop and that were are not the only customers that they are serving. i then informed her that that's not the way to address a customer who is asking a very simple question, KFC when recruiting please teach you staff manners. I'm even scared to go back there because of this lady .... I'm still shocked, this incident happened 3 days ago and I'm still not over it.
