KFC - Poor service

Hi Sir/Mam,
Invoice no 6773101000041881
I experienced poor service at KFC Selayur branch on 08th Sep 2024. Initially, the order items was not correct. larger fries was not ordered by myself. But, it's delivered to me. I changed it with correct order. Also, the 4 peice HC items worth of 379 was not hotty and they are not ready to reheat the items as well. It's completely not acceptable. I am looking for refund to my UPI id, which I paid of 831 rupees.
