KFC - Not good service

I ordered a dunked box the cashier ring a twister box I didn't mind the mistake but the cashier was rude and not friendly she didn't even wear a name tag I had to see her name on my slip (amogelang). I requested my money back I was helped by tshiamo friendly lady with a loud voice but she helped me a good service,friendly and polite. That lady must not be a cashier she must do burgers or cook chicken whatsoever it was in kfc Mansfield
