KFC - No refund received

a REFUND that would have taken 7-14 working days now on
44 Working days and still NO refund received.

On the 29th of May We ordered KFC online for delivery to our residence the amount came to R574.20
(Ref. CAS1269909 C9D2B6). (Winklespruit)

The delivery guy never pitched with our order and never phoned to advise the reason. I phoned KFC informing them and they promised me a refund which will take 7-14 working days back into the account where the transaction was paid out.

So, I decided to never order online for delivery from KFC and instead drive to another branch, order online and collect in stores because we are hungry and we need food. Same evening after incident with KFC I drove to Arbour Crossing KFC (Amanzimtoti) , sat in the parking lot and browsed the branch to order online. It threw under another name but pinned as Arbour crossing online. So I placed an order and waited a while before going into the branch to collect. Again I paid online R619.00 (Ref. CAS1270372 V7F8K1). (Umlazi)

When I went inside the branch they notified me that they did not receive my order. I showed them and they said it went to Umlazi - another branch in a location.

I refused to drive to a location woman alone with 3 kids in my car and they phoned the branched and canceled my order.

I ended up buying instore and paying a further amount.

I reported it and received my Case numbers. They promised me it will take 7-14 working days and ever since I get the run around. Always a story and no outcome of my money they owe me R1193.20.

I phoned numerous times, and sent emails and always same outcome it will be in my account within 7-14 working days.

TODAY IT'S THE 44TH BUSINESS DAY OF NOT RECEIVING MY MONEY.
