KFC - Kfc deducted my money but did not deliver the food

I order food from the KFC app at 18:54. I paid with my card and the delivery was supposed to come in 30 minutes. At 19:58 I started calling KFC Kempton Park and I spoke to Constance who promised to call me back and she did but she told me that my food was taken by the driver with other 3 orders. At 20:30 I called again to get the driver's contact numbers now she told me she'll try the driver and call me back. I eventually had to call back and I was told my issue has been escalated to the head office and I'll get a call from them. I received the call from the head office and lady apologized about what happened and she told me she'll put a request for a refund. I told her I don't want a refund but I want the store to save my order number and I'll collect my food the next day. The reason I didn't want to agree to a refund is because last month I ordered again the food was not delivered, a refund was promised but never happened. So clearly KFC is robbing us. And their head office is useless with empty promises.
