I was stuck on the drive through for over 30minutes when I finally got a chance to order i was told the card machine is not working but the money was deducted from my card. I then had to wait another 15min for it to be reversed. I had to report back to the office so I just left with no food after waiting for over an hour. There were 3 cars behind me that had the same experience. the individuals helping me had no remorse and were very nonchalant! extremely disappointing service.
