KFC - I never received my order

This morning I ordered online kfc, so Mr delivery called me to say he's outside. How ever I could not see him, he kept telling me that he's by the reception is I'm standing opposite gautrain station. He dropped the call, I tried again he didn't answer. Then I went to to verify my order again. I then find out that I incorrectly captured wrong building number instead of 115 I've captured 155. I then called him again he didn't answer. How ever I received an sms that my order has been delivered to me. I'm still waiting my order
