KFC - Failure to deliver order

On November 1st, 2023 I placed and order with KFC Sophiatown. After waiting for a while for my order, I decided to check the app to track the order. Thats when I realized that my order had been marked as delivered. I the decided to contact customer support for help, but they told me that my pin was used to accept the order the and that they could not help me. I just was KFC to refund my for my order and to never be associated with them in any way anymore. The customer support was poor.
