It has been a nightmare dealing Kaelo .. I took a Gap cover via Sanlam from Kaelo & the Centriq Team
It’s been a month and numerous calls, emails, promises and no resolution to date. This was a simple case of claiming for a hospital visit.. Agents call and promise all documents have been submitted and assure me that payment will be processed.
Then we receive an sms saying that documents are outstanding hence payment will not be processed.. This is ongoing with the same issue on repeat. Every agent that I spoke to promised that all is in order and they would apologize and assure me that payment will be issued on the same day..
And call after call its the same reason and same excuses.. seems like its a delay tactic.
There were also other reasons for rejecting which was not valid.
The agency claimed that it was a human error and that the problem is resolved.. no progress thus far.. its been month later.
Please don’t take the Gap cover from this company or via Sanlam.. Extremely disappointed with the service or lack of.
