Today I payed a vit at Jet Evaton Mall to exchange clothes that were small for my daughter everything was perfect until I got to the till, the first lady that helped at the till told me I have to move to the other till as she will struggle to get authorization, not a problem I went to the next till then as I was taking out the slip for exchange the lady (Palesa) told me she'll be right back and I didn't have a problem with that until she was gone for what felt like more than 20min then I asked another lady if she can go check up on her then she said 'she'll be back sweety' without going to look and it was very unprofessional of her to call me that. Then after the lady dismissed me I went back to the tills and there was only one lady, the same one who help me at first I went back to her for help then she called someone else while still helping her customer, eventually 3 lady's showed up and the one who left me at the till was still a no show, I even thought she's on lunch or something eventually I got help and the lady asked if I was angry and I said yes then I left but I am highly furious at the whole system that they are using there, I felt like I was undermined... That is no way to treat a paying customer or any other customers
