On the 3rd of May, I arrive at the store to amend a cellphone insurance but none of the staff at the store are able to assist and an off duty personnel is then called. Within our conversation i ask what time i can return , he then turns the question to me and i reply 15:30 as he's response is he'll be at the store all day. I arrive at the store at 15:33 for assistance with the cellphone insurance and size exchanges.
1st the cellphone insurance after 27 min of waiting couldn't be amended due to an OTP that couldn't be obtained. Afterwards i got and retrieve the items i wish to exchange for and stand in a very long that moves very slowly which took ±15-20min to get to the till only to be told that their return/exchange system is offline and they've logged a call in the morning already and I'll need to return tomorrow(5th of May). I am frustrated with your Bellville store to say the least
