I paid off my entire account on 20 January 2023 to the amount of R12551.14 and emailed the proof through to
[email protected] and to date NO action has been taken to my request. I called this morning as I still get smsés stating I have to make payment towards the account for some silly subscription which I also have to cancel but NO ONE can give me more details as to who to call or what channels to follow. I DO NOT WANT O HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH JET ANYMORE and it must be closed. I WILL NOT pay the R20.43 for the subscription to the account and this must be cancelled as well What is so difficult? Should I draw pictures as to how to action an account closure especially if the account is FULLY PAID UP! The service levels and support at RCS is appalling and I do not see how it can be so difficult to simply close an account after ALL monies have been paid. I will lodge a complaint via the Consumer Counsel as well. CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND SEND ME PROOF THEREOF IMMEDIATELY.
