I visited Jet at Mams Mall. I wanted to buy a pair of shoes. 13/10/2023 To my surprise the shoe did not have a price tag.
I got to the cashier. She really tried to get the price but could not. The manager was of no help.
This is the poorest service I have ever received from a retail shop.
1. Why have an item in the shelves but is not listed?
2. Why can't you train your staff on how to look for items?
3. What is the duty of the manager if it is not to resolve issues?
4. I wanted the shoe but left without it because I waited more than 30 min for the cashier to get the price.Clearly customer time is not respected.
Pls sort out your manager......
