Jet - Jet - Unsatisfied outcome of the costumer

I brought morning sleepy as a present to my nephew from jet Moruleng mall... And it happens that the size is too small.. Nd they lost the slip.. So they went to the shop to return them and told them they lost the slip. At the shop they wanted proof of payment.when I got there today with the proof now the story change because the only proof I have is the statement from the bank... They say they can't help me without slip. And i don't want money I need exchange. When I keep asking questions the story change again saying I must come tomorrow for there thrid time were do I get money for transport because they say someone from finance is not available for today. And remember time is clicking I have to return the shoes before month time. To my surprise you said you provide the good service were is it. Or is it because you got the money now you don't care about the costume don't you think I will need to buy again from your store so if I get this kind of service do you think I can refer other costumes to your store.
