I have never felt so humiliated by a manager who is so unprofessional and don't know what his doing, I returned a school shirt and trousers that was small and the manager had guts to tell me his not going to give me my money back because the shirt is not on the pack I told him It was on the hanger and the price tag on the pocket but he insisted and shouted at me Infront of the staff and customers telling me I'm lying. So disgusted by that shop and will never support jet anymore
