Sir/madam

Hi, on the 16th of April I bought a sleigh bed R1200 from Jaymart furniture I saw on Instagram, then on 19th June I paid for a delivery cos they wrote on their Instagram page that their lead time to manufacture is 30 days.

So on the 19th of June I paid for transport R1500
They told me the bed it's finished and they will deliver after they confirmed the payment, since then they kept on making false promises that they will deliver, until I ask them to give back my money.

I've been waiting for my money until today, now they don't pick up my calls answer my phone but they are busy advertising on their page.

Can I please get assistance from you guys on this, I now want my money as I already bought another bed for my baby.
