I cancelled a ticket on the 4th of November , a ticket from Johannesburg to matatiele and they said I will get refunded after 15 working days , but still hasn't gotten it. I was hoping to get it from the 25 and today is day 27 . I tried texting on WhatsApp and no response ,even tried calling and they were not answering and also sent emails but nothing. They're being unprofessional for being ignorant to their customers, I need that money . They're so wrong !
