I regret making a booking with such unprofessional and disgusting, stinking brand. I had to wait from 20h00 till 11h00 for the bus to come, I couldn't any longer I sent a email to customer care because they were not taking our calls, they didn't notify us. No communication at all I was I was going to make other arrangements. I had to go back to my place and sleep, I had to cancel my plans because I wasn't going to make it on time. I want my money back!!!!!!!!! I'm definitely not using intercity express again and I will never recommend it to anyone. Poor service ever. I want my money back!!!!! . When you try and communicate with them they don't respond, put you on hold and drop your calls I want my money back.
