Well I booked a ticket for intercity to Matatiele from Johannesburg.On the ticket it was written that the bus will depart from 18h30 but there was no compliance and poor service delivery as we waited up to 19h35 for this bus and they did not give us explanation for being late. Please let your employees to always be on time and schedule.
