So I’ve booked 5 tickets to Margate from Pretoria bus station. My number one complaint is that there was ZERO sanitisation or temperature taken when boarding. And 2nd there was ZERO ventilation on the bus. No open windows and no air-conditioning so many people removed their masks to be able to breath the bus reeked of body odour and the driver did not take the necessary steps to see to everyones safety. We were all exposed. My daughter got sick twice during the trip from over heating. I even have photos to show how red she was from overheating. I will take further steps to report the bus company for explicitly ignoring standard covid 19 protocols.
