I'm sitting on the Intercity express bus from Johannesburg to Cape Town. I am deeply disappointed in this customer service that I have recieved.
1. On the 26th of March which is today we had to departure from Johannesburg Park station at 11:30 am. We only left at 12:20. We never even recieved an apology from the drivers or any one from Intercity express. Which is in my opinion very unprofessional.
2. We eventually got in the bus and no seat numbers were given to us. Everyone sat at different seats that weren't theirs.
3. The above statement caused that my daughter and I had to move to the back seats of the bus that was next to the toilet. The toilet was horribly dirty and everyone complained about the awful smell and that we couldn't even eat or drink while sitting in the bus. It's is clear that the Intercity express bus that I'm on are dirty and the employers that I have met doesn't have pride in working for this company.
4. I then approached the one driver named "Johny". I asked him how often are the toilet being cleaned because I felt disgusted of sitting there with my toddler. He responded with "It is not my problem" in a very arrogant and rude way. I then said that: " since my seat numbers on my tickets are number 15 and 16, I would like to move to my seat."
Johny responded with "You will see what you will do." No type of remorse or solution was offered. For me it felt like they just don't care.
I am so disappointed with this service that I've been getting today. The whole bus stinks like urine.
5. The toilet door is broken, here are no wifi as promised and the USB cable points are all broken.
Intercity gave me the worst bus ride experience in my whole life. It is just unhygienic and dirty in here.
I am disgusted.
