1. The boarding at Midrand was over 20minutes late and no one had any update. Even the employees at the counter where unable to assist or even provide contact details for Intercity Express.
2. After searching...All contact details where called for Intercity Express and no one answered!
3. EVERY SINGLE PASSENGER WAS SUBJECTED TO WAITING IN A DISSORDERLY QUEUE AND WITH NO PROPER SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER!!!
4. The bus DID NOT have air-conditioning making the trip to Pietermaritzburg even more Uncomfortable!
5. The bus DID NOT arrive on time in Pietermaritzburg leaving all planning for travel from drop off point to final destination totally diminished and costly to all involved
