Good day. Booked a intercity bus for 22:40 from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg. The bus did not arrive due to the bus being faulty. However a bus was brought for replacement and the bus was low standard, no toilet, no space, it was hot. I paid R600 and believe a refund should be granted as it did not meet the standard that I paid.
