I made a bus booking online for traveling from Johannesburg to Kimberley... The transaction was on hold until such time I had to travel. I contacted my bank and they removed the hold and my account was credited... The ticket was later purchased at shoprite and I traveled on the 26th... On the morning of the 27th Intercity debited my account. I have been calling them every day to have this issue resolved but without success...

Their service is always good... I still use them for my travelling
