Intercity Xpress - Bus drivers

I have orderd intercity but it has a toilet and a heater that why i always order it when i travel....but the drivers decide to change to and out to eagle liner that doesn't have a toilet and a heater instead driver decided to put on an acon the whole night we even told him to switch on the heater coz we feeling cold he didn't he just ignored us ....

This thing of changing buses it not fair coz when we order a bus we know that the bus has what and what now im freezing and so pressed .....im even sick because of coldness i have experienced the whole night flue and asthma
