Bus delayed for 3hrs, depart time was 9pm and we left at 12am and no communication at all. We sat at your cold dark office no safety nothing . I took videos and your WhatsApp agent only replied once at 10pm to say bus was in grahamstown and was online blue ticking me. What a disgusting service
