Hi my 2 boys were on the intensity bus today and thy are miners you change the busses today so thy have to get on a northern bus taking them to jhb instead of benoni the bus driver being rude wanted to leve my kids in jhb luckily some guy helpd them and now thy are on the way to pta where I must go and fetch them not benoni like it's supposed to be I'm very un happy whit the service and planing to go and see my lawyer to take this further

Un Profesional bad service wil never use the internet city bus services again nore recommend them to any person I know

HI Willem. This is insane...my 73 old mom had the same experience with the grand kids. At least they had my mom - can't imagine how your babies must have felt. I am so so sorry they had to go through that kind of trauma.
This company needs to be closed down. I hope your lawyer gets it done. If you need support - I am 100% behind, you.
