Purchased two tickets and requested full information on sms as loadshedding was looming and my passengers did not know where to get the bus. Sms came without that vital information which was e-mailed though. The reason i requested on e-mail was because due to load shedding it would tricky for me to forward information to the passengers who were not aware of the pick up point in Vereeniging. By the time email came it was too late to get my daughter so that they get to the bus on time. I made frantic efforts to reschedule the travell but was advised that certain investigations must be done. Eventually i was blamed and lost the money i paid for the two tickets. I was disappointed and am still is, due to the fact that its so cumbersome to call, at times you are caller 21 when you have an urgent issue, then when answered, you speak only to call Centre Agents who can not assist. I am disappointed to note the deterioration of your care and customer support, even with your drivers, and customers are talking. I have resorted to using other service providers and i suppose i am not the only disgruntled customer. At one time your driver left me at Park Station, i stayed in Vanderbijlpark, then i endured travelling back, put my luggage in the cloakroom, paid for it including those assisting me, it was hell on earth I was however relieved because i was given a complimentary ticket. But this time, i am disappointed. I just lost R2500.00 for the two tickets. May be someone will realise the importance of a mop when they spill water on the floor. I am not happy.
