Today i went to intercape to board a bus. When I got there the lines were long and the service was slow resulting in the bus leaving me because the person who was confirming our bus tickets was wasting time. The bus had not even left when we got to him but he let it leave anyways even after we told him we had been waiting for him in line. He then shouted and told us it's our fault.
