The bus was over 30 minutes late. When it arrived we drove for 20 minutes and it stuck. We had to wait for almost one and a half hours for a mechanic to come fix it. Once we started moving the driver was rude and refused to let us use the toilet upon stops. We drove for hours and upon stops driver goes to the toilet but refused to let some of us go and he was rude and arrogant. Awful experience and very disappointing. Other guys are peeing on the side of the road and it is inconsiderate for women, we need to completely undress on the side of the road it’s disgusting.
