I have been waiting for Intercape Mainliner bus from 2pm with expected arrival of 16h20 (04 Oct 2024)
Budgetliner drove pass and told us (14 passengers) that Mainliner is coming and our names are not in his list. I contacted the call centre and I was treated line pathetic. Stating that the bus drove pass the 14 passengers. The service is so so poor and when I contacted again to speak to the superviser (Taswell ) which he refused to provide his last name, he was not available to speak to me.
Till 18h00 (04 Oct) I am still at the bus stop with no idea what is happening as NO ONE AT INTERCAPE CAN ASSIST ME!!
