The intercape bus is stuck in Queenstown and i have booked a ticket for my disabled mom,10 yr old daughter and 1 year old infant. I am worried because it has been a hour standing and it is winter and its cold for my kids to be standing on the road, why intercape is not providing help on the customers. I need this to be rectified asap
