To whom it may concern,

Since we got onto the bus in Port Shepstone your staff has been extremely rude and unfriendly! I got into the bus seperate from my son and his friend and the moment my son sat down he said to me mommy this is really not friendly people working here! A lot of things happened since getting onto this bus 18:35pm and now it is the next day 12:26! On arrival I will speak to your office! The rudeness, the way spoken to, the support or attending to a passenger with a problem is not acceptable! Respect is earned! Lady sitting next to me getting onto the bus later informed me she uses this bus regularly and it is not something new!
