Intercape - Disgusting!

It is a 13 hour drive, but because the bus door got broken we had a 17 hour drive, all well except, aircon not working, toilet is broken so we are told we are not allowed to make a number 2 or flush the toilet, sufficed to say, so many people so many hours, the stench has us feeling so sick, we couldn't sleep on this overnight bus, due to unhappy customers walking up and down screaming and swearing, and to top it all off, after enduring all this for an excruciating 17 hours, the bus driver drives past the bus stop. It's pouring with rain, he was supposed to pull into caltex stilfontein, I even reminded him where, and he just kept going, even after my pleading that he has missed it, half way towards Potchefstroom he suddenly stops right next to the highway, no shelter, not safe, literally right next to the highway in the pouring rain, worst experience ever!
