I have now changed over from Eldo coaches to InterCape my first few times where good, but today I booked a ticket from Durban to Johannesburg, I paid R450 to travel with the mainliner low and behold, no such thing, then In the bus my seat does not recline at all, so where is customer service, customer care, why do you miss inform on the ticket and why does your staff inform the passengers about changers
