Intercape - Bus did not stop or wait

On our tickets it say and i quote "Depart" Graaff-reinet

When we got there at 2:55 the workers told us the bus did not stop just pass.. So we waited for another one but at the mean time i chat to one of the staff at intercape and explain to her my problem... The manner she was talking to me is unexpectedly... I asked her aboit another but and she said there is one but only one seat available and we are to... So now i want to know.... What is the break of waiting time for a bus if it must pick up people.. Nd why do they take our numbers if they don't foon u..... I'm here in Graaff-reinet must get home in Umtata we have children waiting for us at home... What I'm i to do now??????
