Intercape - Bad service

My son made use of Intercape. The bus drove off leaving him at a petrol station in Colesberg. We had to contact the call center to get the driver to turn back. He had to wait mire than an hour for the bus to return
When they collected him the bus driver and the CO driver was rude towards my son
No apology .This is very bad service from Intercape. We had to contact the company several times to follow-up on the progress of where the bus was.
