We got on the bus in Bellville. After a short while myself, my wife and daughter were moved to another bus. After riding for half an hour or so, we stopped and all the passengers were moved to a different bus. On this bus none of the usb ports work. Three passangers as well as my wife got wet due to rain water coming through vents and the emergency hatch. This is extremely poor and would like to know what is going to be done. I will escalate this matter until I get satisfactory results.

Bad. No one even bothered to contact me back. I expect my money back for that experience. Nobody should ever go through that again.
