I booked a ticket to East London from Paarl which says 'part shuttle '.The pick up time was 09:00 at Monument Shell in Paarl.
I then received a sms stating that a shuttle will pick me up and take me to the East London bus in Somerset West. Only to find out that the shuttle only transports passengers to Paarl due to the flooding on the N2 near Caledon.
When I got the information, the bus that I was supposed to be on, had already left. Than I had to settle for the budgetliner instead of the mainliner that I've initially been booked for.
It was a massive inconvenience because I had to settle for a bus I didn't book.
And there was no refund even though I wasn't at fault.

I'm still waiting for a response from InterCape bus services.
