I booked 7 tickets for minors and a pensioner during December where I recieved a discount at Pick n Pay .
Fast forward a month later booking tickets with the same bus services at Spar and they telling me there is no discount . Called Intercape to assist with the problem and Nolosindiso tells me yes there is a discount and the lady at spar was wrong . Im asking her to assist me by adding the discount her arrogant answer is Mam just forget about the discount or cancel your ticket and use a different bus.
Is this how Intercape treats its clients
