Intellicell - Ending period of contract and debit order

I have/had a contract with Intellicell contract phone. The ending of my contract was in July 2023. Before the end of July a consultant called me even sent messages if I need to upgrade and I told them that am my interested it is the end of my contract. The still went ahead on the 15th of August and September to debit R369.00 for each month. On the 16 September they permanently blocked my sim card, when I try to call them the number doesn't go through (0876542940), I then tried their Whatsup platform. Where they made excuses that I should contact Vodacom when I went to Vodacom they told me that my sim is active with Intellicell. Contacted them back they told me I need to rica my sim card. I went to the bank to reverse my August and September debit order, they blocked the bank to access the reversal. Now they are telling me that I have to make payment arrangement for blocking my debit order and that they will block my devise as well. Am confused which month am paying for since my contract ended in July. Am asking for your assistance for reimbursement of R369,00 for August and September 2023 which makes a total of R738.00.
