Identity clothing - I ordered a dress online but bras were delivered

I ordered a Geogette dress on line but brad were delivered yet the invoiced invoice said a dress was packed. I went for collection on the 15th Jan at the Oak centre identity store to my surprise a bras were delivered not a dress. The store didnt give me any credit & i still havent received my dress today 21/01/24
