I have been paying my Account using EFT every month,now it happens that on the 28 october 2022 I paid my account as I normally do this time I used my ID number as reference as I was told that I can use Id number or account number .To my surprise ive been receiving messages saying i need to pay my account urgently ,Ive been calling the call centre speaking to your agent ecery week and its been hell beacuse none of them was able to assist ,everyday i speak to a new person they will give me an email for their so called supervisors then i will send my proof of payment ,NONE of the people ive sent my proof of payment came back to me.NEVER hv i missed payment with you guys not even once but becuase someone in your company is failing to just update my proof of payment now I have to suffer.even today i called no assistance -do you people understand that you are costing me money and a lot of it having to call almost every day using my money ,and still no assistance what so ever .whats more painful is that I am going through this and someone is sitting with my proof of payment doing nothing about it.I need this to be urgently attended to before I involve my lawyers and my husband's Radio's station.why do I have to suffer like this ,I OWE YOU PEOPLE NOTHING . Emails send to Identity,truworths,collection,Ashwin,Kmolokwana NOTHING happened
