Good day
I have made a payment of R349 at Identity store no 200 on Thursday the 20th through EFT. The amount was debited in my account yet the payment transaction was declined due to load shading. I reported the matter same day and they asked me to provide my contact details as well as the bank statement and still my issue is not resolved till today.
I also tried to call the contact Centre with the hope of getting help either from one of the consultant or being transferred to the head office with no luck I never succeeded but told theta the store should be able to fix.
Since then it has been my duty to call the store and the customer care all I get is we dont know why is this happening to you. The worst scenario is when the branch Manager cant remember the issue to such an extend that they even lost my contact details, but advised me that the head office called her.
To me this shows that no one is willing to help me and I feel that I am being under valued. this has again triggered the frustration on me as it affects my credit score meanwhile Am trying very hard to keep my score up positive.
Please can I get something with the solution to this.
