Howler - Howler ticket - bad experience

I bought 2 tickets, and was charged for 2 tickets amount R 1,614.38 (ref WAN-6EFR4E3) On site one of my sons, were not allowed in, as they said that we had purchased only one ticket, the staff on site kept them at the door , until 11.57pm, we send them all the details that we had on whattsup, but were refused entry, then we had to buy another ticket for R950.00 at the door , eitherwise he would of missed out the whole event, we need management to look into this issue and hopefully we can resolev it amicably, we have the pictures of the staff, and all the tickets thank you , REPORTED INCIDENT ON THE 2nd January, RECIVED REFRENCE NUMBER, and had a service agent speak to me about the details and the issue , and was assured that they would look into the issue and get back to me,YESTERDAY 11TH OF JANUARY, was told to go to the organizers direct after having to follow up on the incident myself
crazy how companies take the mickey out of clients
no loyalty at all
