I have been with homechoice since 2018 then 2019 covid affected me as I lost my job I tried to contact them to arrange for payment we reached an agreement then I was handed to SSDA I have been getting harassment calls with rude consultants then 2022 I got a job started paying homechoice again with the arrears now my problem is my balance isn't being updated it stays the same all I get is harassment calls I went to apply for a home loan and I was denied because of homechoice I even feel I should contact my lawyer for this matter because I've tried to call and address this matter but I get no help.
