Brand LG have not, to date, had the common courtesy to respond to my complaint about Hirsch Brakpan's poor or non-existent after-sales service.
It has become apparent that Hirsch's responsibility ceases at point of sale.
Then they hasten to add that the widely publicized 10 year warranty on the unit only
covers the 'compressor'.
This is totally, unethical, unprofessional and unacceptable.
It is obvious that BRAND share common ground.
We are pensioners and reasoned that this would probably be the last 'fridge' we have to invest in.
THREE (3) weeks and not a single word from BRAND.
I will now ensure that this matter is brought to the attention of both SOCIAL and
PUBLIC media. This is a PROMISE not a threat.
This complaint has been considered as not resolved.
