Spares dept was quick to take the call out fee plus had to eft before they came out.Paid R680 guy came said what was wrong and they would give me a quote. Never heard from them again. I had to phone them to find out where my quote was. Now they can't give it as waiting for spares from Samsung. I can't believe a GIANT company like Samsung doesn't have spares, At least Hirsch could keep us updated. We have a Samsung washing machine, TV and microwave. What's the point in buying A GOOD brand if there is no parts available. Also When selling us our appliances the Hirsch team were amazing but after service is pathetic. I would think twice before buying from Hirsch of Samsung for that matter.
