Herrwood Medical Centre - Money refund

January 2023 I paid R20 000 to Herrwood Medical Centre for a family member to have liposuction. Later this member got scared n was advised by the centre to opt for extreme weight loss which costs R10 000. He took that service and since April 2023 I have been requesting for a refund of R10 000 . Been talking to a person in charge who after promising to attend to my request ,in September told me it will take 6 months for them to give me a refund. This change of R10 000 was due back in April in my belief I should have received it by now, six months is over .
